“Undang-undang Syariah hanya boleh menghukum, jika sabit kesalahan mana-mana individu muslim yang menghina agama Islam. Namun, tidak boleh menggunakan peruntukan yang sama terhadap orang bukan Islam,” katanya dalam jawapan bertulis di Dewan Rakyat, hari ini.
