It is unclear if the pasta — which appeared in the photos to be spaghetti and macaroni — was already cooked or if it had been left at the site uncooked and softened when it was exposed to moisture. “The township did not receive any calls or report from any residents except the Facebook post,” Shah said.
“Why does somebody have 500 pounds of pasta? Cooked? It’s a little bizarre,” said Gail Fehl, who has lived in the area near the stream for 62 years.
