Oriental Mindoro Electric Cooperative Inc.Quirino Electric Cooperative Inc.Zambales I Electric Cooperative Inc.“The ERC underscores that DUs’ failure to fulfill these requirements within the designated period may result in suspension of authority to impose pass-through charges to consumers,” it added.
The ERC earlier revised the rules governing the charging of pass-through costs to customers of DUs to ensure “fair and reasonable” power rates.
