45 dengue fatalities recorded Jan to mid-July
Health Minister Dr Zaliha Mustafa says 63,966 dengue fever cases have been recorded in the country from January to mid-July this year, up from 27,914 cases in the same period last year. – EPA pic, July 23, 2023.
She said the number of cases rose by 129.2% from 27,914 cases in the same period last year, while death cases increased by 136.8% .
