GENOCIDE, war crimes, humanitarian crimes and invasion would come under Malaysian law if the country ratified the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court , said Saifuddin Abdullah. The foreign minister said they would fall under local legislation either through amendments to existing acts or the creation of new ones, without the need for changes to the federal constitution.
