The Maynilad Water Service, Inc. announced that four cities in Metro Manila and three areas in Cavite City will experience water service interruption today, Jan. 31, up to Feb. 1.

According to a Facebook page post of Parañaque City Public Information Office , water service interruption will be implemented due to prolonged high raw water turbidity brought by Amihan winds.Residents are advised to store enough water for their consumption before the scheduled water service interruption.

The three other areas in Metro Manila to experience water service interruption from 8:00 p.m. of Jan. 31 until 6:00 a.m. of Feb. 1 are Las Piñas, Parañaque, and Pasay City. In Parañaque City, the affected barangays are Don Bosco, Marcelo Green, Merville, Moonwalk, San Antonio, and San Isidro. The Maynilad will also be implementing water service interruption in the three areas in Cavite — Cavite City, Noveleta and Rosario — also from 8:00 p.m. of Jan. 31 to until 6:00 a.m. of Feb. 1.
