An early morning fire damaged several homes on Warren Street in Paterson and forced the relocation of 29 residents, the city’s Fire Department said. Fire companies responded to a report of a blaze at 113 Warren St. at approximately 7:52 a.m. Sunday, officials said. When they arrived, firefighters observed three homes involved in fire, Paterson Fire Department Deputy Chief William Bucher said. Firefighters rescued one man from the blaze, who was not injured. All other residents were able to evacuate safely.A fire captain suffered a minor ankle injury at the scene and is being treated at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center.
