The third former Minneapolis police officer charged with federal civil rights violations in George Floyd’s killing has taken the stand at their trial

Sgt. Adam Lepinski testified that he met Lane when Lane worked security at a Minneapolis bar. Lepinski said he knew Lane to be peaceful and he encouraged him to join the police force.
