33 Adun Sabah fail permohonan halang pilihan raya negeri

Kumpulan Adun Sabah diketuai bekas ketua menteri Musa Aman memohon injunksi terhadap keputusan pembubaran DUN.

Mereka mempersoalkan pembubaran Dewan Undangan Negeri oleh Yang di-Pertua Negeri Juhar Mahiruddin pada 30 Julai lepas. 33 Adun tersebut menamakan Juhar sebagai responden pertama; Shafie, SPR dan kerajaan negeri sebagai responden ke-2, ke-3 dan ke-4 dalam tindakan undang-undang mereka yang dijangka akan mencabar kuasa perlembagaan Yang di-Pertua Negeri Sabah.

Minggu lepas Musa mendakwa mendapat sokongan daripada 33 Adun untuk membentuk kerajaan negeri yang baru.
