The listing price is almost three times more than its value as estimated by Dallas County’s appraisal district and Zillow.A real estate executive’s newly built Highland Park home just hit the market for $32 million, becoming the most expensive listing in the Park Cities.The Dallas Central Appraisal District lists Gil Besing as the owner of the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home on almost three-quarters of an acre at 3616 Crescent Ave. He purchased the property in 2017.

That house was once owned by Tom Hicks, a Dallas investor and former owner of the Texas Rangers and Dallas Stars.The listing price of $32 million is almost three times higher than Zillow’s previous estimated home value of $13.2 million in September and the market value of $11 million reported by the appraisal district.
