SANDAKAN: Some 300 people joined the “Peaceful Solidarity Gathering for Palestine From Batu Sapi to Gaza”, organised by the Wasatiyyah Mosque in Batu Sapi, here, after Friday prayers in the mosque compounds.

The mosque Chairman, Mohd Zharif Aizat Datuk Samsudin, thanked everyone present for the support.“Regardless of background, age and political inclination, it is a sign of solidarity for the Palestinian people in Gaza who are facing the current situation which is very depressing,” he said.
