Health savings accounts are generally available to anyone who has an eligible high-deductible health insurance plan. Plus, your HSA is more than a savings account — it also can act like an investment account. Since the money you put in an HSA rolls over from year to year, "you can use that account as another investment or like a retirement account," says Bera.
