No fewer than 25 passengers lost their lives, on Monday, in a road crash involving an IVECO trailer at the Dangwaro Flyover along the popular Kano-Zaria Road.

Sector Commander, Federal Road Safety Corps , RS1.2 Kano Sector Command, CC Ibrahim Abdullahi, who confirmed the incident, said the accident occurred around 3:30 am.

Items recovered from the scene included six motorcycles, ten mobile phones, animals , maize, and the sum of four thousand naira. The items are now in police custody.
