Celebrating its 101st season, the fair runs through Memorial Day weekend.
The gates have opened and the lights are on at LA County Fair, where the music of mariachi and banda bands and the smell of deep-fried funnel cakes and other favorites fills the air all weekend long at the fairgrounds in Pomona.opened with a Cinco de Mayo celebration on Friday, May 5, that will continue throughout the weekend with entertainment including traditional dancers and a celebration in the Plaza de las Americas.
