Two of the district seats will be on the ballot in November.
The board for Greenfield-Central Community Schools has four district seats and one at-large position. Clark Smith is running unopposed for this seat. Smith is a project manager for U.S. rice herbicides, glyphosate and tech products for Corteva Agriscience, where he has been working for more than three years. He also has experience in the classroom as a former math teacher, according to his LinkedIn page. He does not have a campaign website or social media page.
Voters can also vote absentee but need to request a ballot no later than Oct. 27, or 12 days before the general election on Nov. 8.
