At least 200 former members of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front and the Moro National Liberation Front passed their neurological, physical, and medical examinations as part of the police recruitment process, the Philippine National Police announced Monday.

“Halos tapos na yung processing, yung mga agility test, physical and medical examination pati na neuro,” PNP spokesperson Jean Fajardo said. “Yung initially na 1,000 mahigit na isinalang dito sa processes, sa ngayon nasa around 200 na lamang ang nakalusot doon sa tinatawag nating clean list." The PNP clarified that the former MILF and MNLF members would still be subjected to background investigation before they could undergo the final phase of the recruitment process.
