Two women were arrested for shoplifting women's accessories from a mall in Pasay City on Sunday, April 2. ManilaBulletin
Pasay City police chief Col. Froilan Uy identified the suspects as Celine Isabel Galutera, 24, and her sister Kim Charmaine,19.
Mall security guard Nelsie Paran noticed the suspects placing lady accessories inside a brown tote bag and leaving the department store without paying for the products. The suspects were immediately brought to the Customer Relation Office of the mall for the inventory of the recovered items and were later brought to police Sub-Station 10 in MOA.
