Colonel Julius Caesar Domingo, Camarines Sur police chief, said in a report that Jay Vargas, 22, was arrested after selling a sachet of shabu worth P500 in Barangay Sagrada at
around 6:45 p.m.In a separate operation in the same village, Ryan Odavar, 33, was also arrested at around 4:15 p.m. A total of five grams of shabu worth P32,000 was confiscated from Odavar.
