Margaret M. Martin, a former licensed practical nurse, is accused of manslaughter over the death of the patient, who was not identified. The charges were announced Friday by Insurance Fraud Prosecutor Tracy M. Thompson, whose office is handling the case. In a statement, officials from the state Attorney General’s Office said Martin surrendered her license to practice shortly after the July 2017 incident.
