2 brothers, aged 2 and 3 years old respectively, are reported to be in critical condition after eating crackers believed to contain rat poison, which they
took from an orchard fence on Sunday .According to a report by Berita Harian, the Kulim District Police Chief, Superintendent Mohd Azizul Mohd Khairi shared that the victims’ mother had noticed her children vomiting at their home and took both of them to the Malau Health Clinic and then to the Kulim Hospital for further treatment.
“Both victims are believed to have opened and eaten the snacks. The victims’ mother then saw her children vomiting and foaming at the mouth at home at 11am,” he said.
