ISP District Chicago Troopers responded to a four-vehicle crash at Interstate 94 southbound at the Interstate 57 split near State Street at about 4 p.m. The crash involved a commercial motor vehicle.All lanes were blocked in the area, but have since reopened.Chopper 7HD captured video of the scene near Roseland on the city's South Side, where emergency crews were on the scene.This is a developing story.
