Two Frisco high school students were taken into custody over an incident captured on video showing the moment a disabled boy was punched in a school bathroom.

According to Frisco police, the students from Lone Star High School face one count each of injury to a disabled individual — a third-degree felony. The students are juveniles, and their names and ages were not released. A video shared online Thursday showed a student goading the boy to slap him across the face in a school bathroom, which he did, and the student then punched him in the nose. The boy started screaming in pain as the person filming laughed.

At least six people were in the bathroom, and all but the person filming left after the boy was hit. It was not clear which two students were taken into custody. The investigation is ongoing. “The Frisco Police Department has made it clear that school safety is a priority,” police Chief David Shilson said in a written statement. “Criminal behavior will not be tolerated, and all persons involved will be held accountable.”
