Nabbed were Oliver Villanueva, 68, of Barangay Karuhatan, Valenzuela City; and, Jarrie Sibug of Barangay Sun Valley, Parañaque City. Roque I. Verzosa III, director of the LTO- National Capital Region-West, said the operation. conducted in Barangay Moonwalk was based on the confirmed intelligence reports about some individuals who have been offering services to facilitate renewal of car registration and driver’s license.
“We have been intensifying our campaign and efforts against fixers to protect the public. The people can be assured of our continuous aggressive operations,” said Verzosa, for his part.
