Police Major Joseph Partidas, Ilog police chief, said the incident was only reported to them on Tuesday, July 11.POLICE visit the river in Barangay Dancalan, Ilog, Negros Occidental where two children drowned on Monday, July 10.

Since the house of their auntie is just a few meters away from the river, the children were allowed to go swimming.After more than an hour, their father searched for them, until they were found floating on the river, Partidas said.
