2 brothers charged after shooting outside MOD Pizza leads to SWAT scene at home

Sugar Land police say two brothers were charged after a shooting outside a MOD Pizza lead to a SWAT scene at a home.

The incident began around 7 p.m. Sunday when Sugar Land police responded to the MOD Pizza at 19820 Southwest Freeway for a report of a shooting.Jordan Kilpatrick was charged with aggravated assault; Christian Alexander Kilpatrick was charged with robbery

Police say the caller reported that two men were arguing, and one man shot the other in the leg outside the restaurant.Police say the search for the suspect led them to a home in the 2100 block of Canyon Crest, where the vehicle the suspect got into was found parked.SWAT officers responded to the scene and called out to two men inside of the house.

Police identified Jordan Kilpatrick, 31, as the alleged shooter. He is charged with aggravated assault, a second-degree felony. Christian Alexander Kilpatrick, 34, was the alleged driver. He is charged with robbery, a second degree felony.
