According to the police report, PS4 operatives conducted a buy-bust against the three suspects at Sta. Cruz, Brgy. 537, Sampaloc around 10:30 p.m. on Monday. Police said the recovered items were turned over to MPD Forensic Unit for laboratory examination and custody.
