Daviune Hardy, 22, and Robert Coffey, 38, each face a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the Sunday shooting that left one man critically wounded and 30-year-old Edron Slaughter dead. It was unclear if either man had an attorney.About 2:30 a.m. Sunday, officers were dispatched to the parking lot of Fred Moore High School in the 800 block of Cross Timber Street, near Mill Street, where they found two people — Slaughter and a 26-year-old man — wounded.
Jail records show Coffey was jailed Wednesday and Hardy was jailed Thursday.
