STATE fund 1Malaysia Development Bhd had misappropriated about RM3.067 billion of the RM3.69 billion funds raised for two iconic mega projects and spent the money on other purposes, said Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng. Lim said in his winding-up speech on the royal address in Parliament today that the RM3.067 billion comprised RM1.61 billion allocated for the Tun Razak Exchange project and RM1.46 billion which was supposed to be deployed into the Bandar Malaysia project.
