A total of 17,000 additional Family Food Packs (FFPs) have been prepositioned by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to various provinces in preparation for typhoon BettyPH (international name: Mawar). ManilaBulletin
1,500 prepositioned family food packs were delived by the DSWD National Resource Operations Center to the island municipality ng Sto. Niño, Samar on May 26.
"As of May 27, the DSWD FO V has stockpiled a total of 49,833 Family Food Packs and 52,841 Non-food Items/kits in all warehouses and prepositioning sites throughout the Bicol Region," it said.Meanwhile, 1,500 FFs were prepositioned in the island municipality of Sto. Niño, Samar on May 26.
