KotaKinabalu Mahkamah Tinggi Kota Kinabalu, hari ini menetapkan 17 Ogos sebagai tarikh mendengar hujah dan membuat keputusan bagi semakan kehakiman berkaitan pembubaran DUN Sabah.
Pesuruhjaya Kehakiman, Leonard David Shim menetapkan tarikh berkenaan selepas mendengar hujah dikemukakan peguam, Tengku Fuad Tengku Ahmad mewakili 33 Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri yang mengemukakan permohonan semakan terbabit.
Selain itu, Isnin Aliasnih , Limus Jury , Matbali Musah , Dr Joachim Gunsalam , Masidi Manjun , Abidin Madingkir , Jeffrey Kitingan , Robert Tawik , Jamawi Jaafar , Ellron Angin , Bobbey Suan , James Ratib .Osman Jamal ; Nizam Abu Bakar Titingan ; Hamisa Samat ; Abdul Muis Picho ; Jaffari Waliam dan Ronnie Loh.
