City Administrator Atty. Voltaire dela Cruz and six of his employees led the group of employees who submitted themselves to the random drug testing. The mayor said other departments that joined in the random drug testing were the Mayor’s Office with 29 employees and the Urban Mission Areas Development Office headed by Shella Bernal with 23 employees.
