The Selangor Islamic Religious Department (JAIS) has opened 141 investigations into alleged transgressions by members of Global Ikhwan Services and Business Holding Sdn. Bhd. (GISBH). The cases are being investigated under Section 12C of the Selangor Syariah Enactment, which pertains to violations of fatwa. While discussions with the syariah prosecutor are ongoing to determine the charges, JAIS director Datuk Mohd. Shahzihan Ahmad assures that those involved will be prosecuted as soon as possible upon receiving instructions.

Pengarah JAIS, Datuk Mohd. Shahzihan Ahmad berkata, bagaimanapun siasatan tersebut masih di peringkat perbincangan dengan pihak pendakwa raya syarie untuk menentukan kes, namun akan mendakwa pengikut yang terlibat secepat mungkin apabila mendapat arahan. “Sekarang dalam proses beberapa kehendak pihak pendakwaan masih disempurnakan dalam tempoh seminggu ini. Insya-Allah kalau ada kes kita akan dakwa secepat mungkin, kalau tiada kes pun itu kehendak pendakwa raya syarie,” katanya kepada pemberita selepas menghadiri majlis pengumuman keputusan peperiksaan sekolah-sekolah agama kelolaan JAIS, hari ini.
Selain itu beberapa pengikut lain turut dituduh di mahkamah berlainan di Negeri Sembilan, Johor Bahru dan Klang atas pelbagai kesalahan.
