In an announcement, the DepEd-Nueva Ecija said 13 of these LGUs suspended classes at all levels, citing the torrential rains that the low-pressure area and northeast monsoon
brought.These were the municipalities of San Isidro, Gabaldon, Rizal, Peñaranda, Pantabangan, Gen. Tinio, San Antonio, Carranglan, Talavera, Santa Rosa, Guimba, Aliaga, and Laur.
