A Mountain View community is in mourning after a 13-year-old was struck and killed by a truck on a dangerous stretch of roadway while cycling to school Thursday.
The teenager was hit by a transport truck at about 8:15 a.m. at the intersection of El Camino Real and Grant Road, according to police.
Family members and classmates are remembering a 13-year-old middle school student, who was killed after he was struck by a truck driver in Mountain View Thursday. Cheryl Hurd reports.
