WTAE, citing the criminal complaint in the case, writes that after being grabbed the girl turned to look at Nigriss and he allegedly appeared to be “nervous” and avoided eye contact with her.
The gril also told police Nigriss remained near her and her mother for approximately 20 minutes after grabbing her.The girl pointed out Nigriss to responding officers, who took him into custody. Under police questioning, Nigriss said he was in the bread aisle but did not recall having physical contact with the girl. WTAE writes that the complaint states Nigriss became defensive during questioning and stated that he “did not do it.
But that will be for the courts to decide, as Nigriss now faces a preliminary hearing set for March 10 in the case.
