Ten barangays and three sitios in San Miguel, Catanduanes were isolated due to massive floods and landslides, Balitanghali reported on Wednesday.
According to San Miguel Disaster Risk Reduction & Management Office , 11 individuals were reported missing and 25 carabaos drowned due to the flood.
Meanwhile, residents of Barangay Fundado in Siruma, Camarines Sur were also affected by chest-deep floodwaters.In Naujan, Oriental Mindoro, eight barangays were also flooded including Barangay Andres Ilagan, causing delays to some motorists.Sherylin Untalan/KBK, GMA Integrated News
