Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri Permas Datuk Seri Che Zakaria Mohd Salleh berkata, jumlah itu membabitkan golongan miskin, warga emas dan orang kurang upaya selain kumpulan yang hilang punca pendapatan kerana tidak dapat bekerja.
“Sejak hari kedua PKP, kira-kira 5,000 individu sudah dibantu menerusi pemberian barangan keperluan asas,” katanya selepas menerima sumbangan daripada Persatuan Peniaga-peniaga Warga Acheh Seluruh Johor bagi Dewan Undangan Negeri Permas di sini.
