Agatha Harkness, Scarlet Witch and Joe Locke's Teen in the MCU
Marvel Studios has promised that Agatha All Along will have huge ramifications for the MCU that could change the franchise forever. Following her popular debut in 2021's WandaVision, Kathryn Hahn was quickly confirmed to be returning to the MCU as original Salem witch Agatha Harkness in her own solo series and WandaVision's first spinoff, Agatha All Along.

WandaVision saw the Scarlet Witch trap Agatha Harkness as "Agnes," Westview's resident nosy neighbor. Agatha All Along is expected to pick up three years after the Scarlet Witch's attack on the town, so will surely detail Agnes' life in Westview as a regular human, though strange goings-on will certainly have surrounded her.
Julian Hilliard played Billy Maximoff at ten years old in WandaVision and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness , but was a construct of the Scarlet Witch's magic and a variant from another universe in these respective appearances. Several young superheroes have been introduced to the MCU in recent years, leading to the Young Avengers team finally being teased at the end of 2023's The Marvels. Kamala Khan's Ms. Marvel, Kate Bishop's Hawkeye and Cassie Lang's Stature have been hinted at being the first three members of the team.
4 Agatha All Along Can Reveal More About The MCU’s Supernatural History Agatha Harkness Is One Of The MCU's Oldest Characters Close WandaVision confirmed that Agatha Harkness was operating as a witch during the Salem Witch Trials of the 1690s. This makes her one of the oldest characters in the MCU, and creates the perfect opportunity for Agatha All Along to explore the history of the MCU in more detail, revealing new information about the history of magic and supernatural beings.
Agatha Harkness also acts as something of a mentor to Wanda Maximoff's Scarlet Witch in Marvel Comics, and a huge supporter of her relationship with Vision. It would be wonderful to see the Scarlet Witch return to the MCU to see her relationship with Agatha Harkness go from adversaries to allies, particularly since there is a lot that each can teach the other.
