The transport groups that will not join in the transport strike, according to the LTFRB, are NCR Transport Consolidated Entities which has 680 transport cooperatives and 68,00 units; the Alliance of Transport Operators’ & Drivers’ Association of the Philippines ; Liga ng Transportasyon at Operators sa Pilipinas and Alliance of Concerned Transport Organization .
