BATMAN THE SIGNAL AND GHOST-MAKER
Batman and his Bat-Family are some of the greatest hand-to-hand fighters in the DC Universe. It's difficult to find a group of crime fighters who are as prepared as Bruce and his"children," but over the years, Batman's family has gathered people who are far more powerful than anyone could have suspected.
While Maps doesn't have any real combat skills to speak of, she's a pretty decent detective and has an insatiable curiosity and willingness to help people. All of these traits have made Maps one of Batman's most endearing Robins - even if she isn't that useful in a fight. After Batman nearly dies from being trapped in the Court of Owls maze, Harper is the one who saves him and revives him with a homemade taser after he flat-lines. While Harper isn't the greatest hand-to-hand fighter, she's a brilliant inventor and engineer, capable of building all kinds of dangerous weaponry. Though she's since retired from vigilante life, she still answers the call when the Bat-Family needs help.
After dealing with his Luthor problems, Gray Wolf was offered a spot on the team, and he proved to be a powerful member. He was capable of defeating three members of Batman Inc. by himself all at the same time, a feat so impressive that even Ghost-Maker commented on it. While his time in Batman Inc. was short, Gray Wolf continually proved himself to be one of the best hand-to-hand fighters that the group had ever seen.
