A CCTV footage showed a group of students walking along the road and after a few minutes a jeepney hit a fence along the road. Two of the students were able to escape but one student was pinned to the railing. A passenger at the front seat fell out of the jeep, which was also hit by another jeepney.The police said the jeep just finished unloading coconuts before the accident occurred.Bago may be facing charges of reckless imprudence resulting to homicide and damage to property.
