The three-bedroom main house was custom built with stone and has a standing-seam metal roof. The longtime owners,Burgher said the ranch could be a good fit for people wanting to get out of the city, given the location.
“It’s only a little over an hour and a half from Dallas,” he said. “That’s really the driver. Anything inside of a two-hour drive time is golden these days.”
